Reflection for today - WORK AND GRACE OF GOD

NOT ALL THE WORK IS BLESSED BY GOD

"Therefore, my beloved brethren, stand firm, do not waver, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, because you know that in the Lord your labor is not in vain" (I Corinthians 15: 58).

There are 2 (two) views on "God's work," The first, conducted by the clergy in houses of worship. Secondly, all the work is done by humans. it's a good idea, but not all justified.

God created man to do "His work" It's a true statement! But everything should be based on the testimony of the Bible. And, the Bible testifies: DO NOT STEAL (Ex. 20:15). Therefore, any income derived from the work of criminals, robbers, thieves pirates are guilty, because God does not like it. Works like it hurt many people. And God will punish the perpetrators .

Corruption is not only found in the government or the company, but it is often done in a religious organization ( church or congregation ). So, there is a similar trend of corruption  between the human behavior in the Church and the World. God hates it. So surely, He punished !

The Work of God was adapted to the commandment (Exodus 20:1 - 17), and implemented by everyone according to the expertise and own choice. The Work of God is not only held by religious organizations, but also government. The important thing here is our understanding of the purpose of the work. Work earnestly, God wants us to be channels of His grace to others (family, church, and community). So sure, your labor is not in vain. Then you shall be blessed  with many virtues.

"God of all grace, who has called you in Christ to His eternal glory, will complement, strengthen, reinforce and strengthen you, after you have suffered immediate and ever."

God bless you all
